Week 9 of our follow-up of the building of a Pelican Sport from Ultravia Aero International Inc.

This week Luc and Christian continued touch-ups on the the fuselage in Luc's workshop.

So let's take this moment to look at pictures taken on July 15th while work was underway on an elevator in Christian's workshop.

Cleaning with acidDX 533Rincing

Acid is used to clean the metal sheet surface. Abundant rincing follows.

Painting

Once the suface is perfectly dried, a coat of primer can be applied.
Quality control

The metal sheeting is then fixed to the elevator structure with Clecoes.

Preparing an assemblyRiveting

Riveting is the final step... for now.
