I told you Luc and Christian they weren't short of resources. To paint the plane they engaged no less than a painter from Bombardier... : Roger Ouellette.
"If it exist we'll find it!" they said. No wonder they work in manpower management. |

Roger Ouellette has just offered a formation in aerospace paint at the École des métiers de l'aérospatiale de Montréal. (http://www.csdm.qc.ca/emam/)
It was held at the École des métiers de l'équipement motorisé de Montréal (École des métiers de l'automobile de Montréal) (http://www.csdm.qc.ca/ema/) due to the fact they have adequate paint chambers there. Roger will be helped today by two of his former students just graduated from the École. He doesn't know me nor does he know I'm in the education field. It's a real pleasure to observe him give his tips prior to the work. They may have their diploma but he still has a few secrets of the trade to give them. He coaches them with professionalism and he obviously likes to do so. |

The paint chambers doors are now closed but I can't resist to squeeze the camera lens between the rubber edges of the doors.
The "master" is at work with one assistant. The two "trainees" take turn in the other chamber by their own. |

Waiting outside, Christian takes a look at Roger Ouellette's "portfolio". An impressive collection of planes he has worked on, from the CF-18 to the Regional Jet and a whole range of different planes. My mouth is watering... | ||||
Luc and Christian invite you to communicate with them |
