Going in on runway 28-10 in Lachute.
A trainer glider has just been backed on the grass near the runway. Tractor plane is in our back and a second glider is near behind it. Some pictures are double clickable to obtain a downloadable enlarged version (~250 Mo) |

Some regular visitors may recall they wanted this plane to be pure white. Nose decal are a souvenir of their participation at Oshkosh AirVenture this summer. It was the demo plane for Ultravia Aero International for the Air Master propeller manufacturer.
They told me that landing there was a memorable feat! |

From Lachute we will go to Lake of Two-Mountains and then to the Mercier bridge on the St-Lawrence River. Dorval tower grants us permission for a city tour at 1500 feet. | ||||

Back to Mascouche. The first exit taxiway is the one we will be taking. This plane can take-off on short distances but it can be precisely put down on very short distances also.
OK Christian I'm impressed. But some merit goes to the plane... |
